The prosecution mode of engagement is about speaking to someone else in order to persuade one or more observers.

It's named this way because it's what a prosecutor would use when cross examining a defendant in front of a jury. The prosecutor is not concerned about making the defendant like them or changing their mind as long as the dialogue persuades the jury to think the way the prosecutor wants them to.
